Every Step is Online!
You can schedule an academic consultation, choose your student's session schedule, register, apply for financial assistance, and even pay your bill online. We work with third-party software, TADS, to complete all these steps to keep this process as simple as possible.

There are four steps you must finish before your registration process is considered complete.

Sign enrollment agreements, and

Submit with the $55 one-time registration fee online.

About Payments
​
Payment Schedule: Sessions are billed on the 25th of every month in 4-week increments through TADS accounting directly to your email or as a paper statement.
​
Add-Ons: Additional services, such as Friday Wayfinder Experience sessions and computer rentals, can be arranged directly with the administration office.
​
Cancellation Policy: Our space at Wayfinder Expedition Learning holds limited availability for students, and many of our programs sell out. For this reason, we request that you let us know of your withdrawal date at least 4 weeks before your student’s last day. This will allow us to offer your spot to another student. You may call us at 916-234-3543 or tell us in person to withdraw your spot. Please note, withdrawals made 4 weeks or more in advance of the student’s last date will receive a 100% refund. Withdrawals made within 4 weeks of the student’s last day will not receive a refund.
